Booking Policy & Payment Terms

By booking a float session at Nexus Float, you agree to the following terms:

• Please note: Payment is for the reserved appointment time slot, not the time spent inside the tank.
• Once your appointment begins, the time is yours — whether you float the full session or choose to end early. If you decide to exit the float tank early (even after just 5 minutes), the full session fee still applies — whether you booked a 60, 90, or 120-minute session.
• We recommend that those who are completely new to floating do a bit of research or try their first float at a larger facility that specializes in beginner experiences. While we welcome all floaters, our setup is best suited for individuals who are already familiar with the float experience or are seeking a deeper, more focused session.
• No-shows or cancellations made with less than 15 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. However, if you contact us at least 15 hours in advance, we’re happy to help you reschedule.
• Arrival Time: To get the most from your session, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled float. This allows time to shower and mentally settle in, so you can begin your session relaxed and on time.
